As well as our couture fondant iced cakes, we also create beautiful ganache or buttercream covered cakes in various finishes.


How it works

Once we’ve received your quote request form, we will email you with photos, colour palettes and/or design ideas. When you’re happy with the concept and have booked your event date, we will send you a sketch of your design. Research and time goes into this design process, so please allow 7 - 10 days to receive your quote.

We love designing cakes from all sources of inspiration. This could be invitations, art, fabrics and even decor. Other cake photos are welcome, but please be aware that these are for inspiration only. If you are sending photos of cakes, please describe what it is you love about your inspiration cake. The pricing and finishings guideline is priced per serve. It is a guideline only and is there to help you choose according to your budget and personal taste. Ultimately the price of your cake will come down to the final design, tier amount and size.


Figurines made from modelling chocolate or gumpaste range from $60–$150+ depending on the complexity of the design.

Custom Laser Cut Topper

Custom laser cut acrylic or wood toppers range from $25–$50+ depending on the complexity of the design.

The Finishes

Fondant Icing

Fondant is a rolled sugar paste that gives a smooth, contemporary and flawless finish. Beneath the fondant, cakes are sealed in a layer of ganache. $9.50


Ganache is a chocolate and fresh cream filling, this finish can be used to create both smooth and/or textured finished designs. Choose between 30% cocoa white chocolate or 50% cocoa dark chocolate ganache. $8

Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Swiss meringue buttercream is an egg white, butter & sugar syrup mix. Our swiss meringue buttercream is not too sweet and has a light, fluffy texture. $7.50

American Buttercream

American buttercream is a butter, milk and icing sugar mix. This buttercream is sweeter than it’s other buttercream counterparts and has a very slight granular texture. $7
